This feature provides our customers with the ability to obtain details about the status of their shipments. By using the iShipSST web interface customers can instantly get access to delivery information that is crucial to their business. Our clients can easily track the status of their shipments, include printing of delivery receipts and bills of lading on any internet enabled workstation anywhere in the world.
iShipSST customers can get rate quotes anytime day or night with this service. By providing details for a shipment customers select the level of service and get costs and estimated delivery schedules for their shipments. Customers can enter shipment details such as the type and quantity of freight and even requests for specific equipment. The information entered then available for SST to begin the shipment process.
This feature provides the ability for customers to directly request a pickup by entering the shipment details. Pick up requests can be completed online 24 hours a day. Customers can input all of the details for the shipment including multiple items, HAZMAT restrictions, accessorial requirements as well as shipment specific notes and comments. The information entered then available for SST to begin the shipment process.
